Exclusive distribution agreement extended to 2033, deepening partnership bringing MLS® Laser Therapy to thousands of medical & vet practices in North America
ROCHESTER, NY, UNITED STATES, August 12, 2026 /EINPresswire.com/ — Cutting Edge Laser Technologies, a leading provider of laser therapy systems for the medical, veterinary and aesthetic markets, today announced that it has accepted a strategic investment from ASA, its longtime manufacturing partner and the developer of the Multiwave Locked System® (MLS®) technology. As part of the transaction, the companies have extended their exclusive distribution agreement through 2033.
The investment will support Cutting Edge’s accelerated growth strategy, including expansion into new clinical specialties, continued investment in sales and service infrastructure, and further development of the education and clinical support programs that customers rely on.
Cutting Edge and ASA have worked together for almost two decades, a partnership that has established MLS® Laser Therapy as a trusted treatment modality in more than 6,000 practices across North America. Today, Cutting Edge serves a customer base of 10,000+ medical professionals across its medical, veterinary and aesthetics divisions. The company is also celebrating its 25th anniversary in 2026.
