With Vivint Premium Video, homeowners across the United States can now enjoy a personalized, convenient way to catch up on what’s happening at home through regularly curated activity updates in their Vivint app. Customers can also search for a specific event using simple natural language to quickly find the right clip without sifting through hours of video footage.

Available to all Vivint customers starting September 2, 2026, Premium Video also offers increased storage and recording capabilities and year-round access to Vivint’s popular holiday chimes for a custom touch to doorbell alerts.

Familiar Faces – an optional feature customers can choose to enable within the Vivint’s Doorbell Camera Pro settings that allows them to set up a limited field of view to recognize faces of frequent visitors and associate a name or other identifier to those familiar faces they choose for more personalized notifications within their Vivint system.

Enhanced Recording and Storage – 10 days of 24/7 video recording stored locally to continue recording even during Wi-Fi interruption and 45 days of cloud clip storage, allowing customers to save, access and revisit important videos protected by end-to-end storage encryption.
