GROWNSY Partners with Graham’s Foundation During NICU Awareness Month to Support NICU Families Beyond the Hospital Stay
PR Newswire
NEW YORK, Sept. 8, 2026
NEW YORK, Sept. 8, 2026 /PRNewswire/ — GROWNSY, a baby care brand trusted by more than 3 million households worldwide, today announced a new long-term partnership with Graham’s Foundation, a nonprofit organization dedicated to supporting parents of premature babies.
The partnership will begin during NICU Awareness Month this September through GROWNSY’s Tiny Steps Home campaign, which supports families navigating the practical and emotional transition from the NICU to home.
With more than 1 in 10 U.S. babies born prematurely each year, many families continue to face new questions and caregiving challenges after discharge. Together, GROWNSY and Graham’s Foundation aim to help families feel informed, connected, and supported throughout this transition and beyond.

Why GROWNSY Is Partnering with Graham’s Foundation
GROWNSY believes parenting is hard enough without added complexity. For NICU families, that complexity can include medical uncertainty, specialized routines, and the emotional transition from hospital to home. By partnering with Graham’s Foundation, GROWNSY aims to connect families with practical resources, peer support, and a community that understands the prematurity journey firsthand.
“Leaving the NICU can bring relief, but it can also bring a new set of questions and uncertainties,” said Yvonne, CEO of GROWNSY. “Graham’s Foundation understands what these families are experiencing and has built a community around the support they need. Through this partnership, we can help families feel more informed, connected, and supported beyond the hospital.”
How Graham’s Foundation Supports NICU Families
Founded in 2009 by Nicholas Hall in memory of his son, Graham, Graham’s Foundation supports parents of premature babies throughout the journey of prematurity. Its services include free NICU care packages, trained peer mentors with firsthand experience, and the MyPreemie app, a digital resource developed around the practical and emotional needs of preemie families.
These services complement clinical care by helping families navigate the questions, routines, and emotions that may continue after they leave the NICU.
“Parents of preemies often feel lost, overwhelmed, and alone, especially in the days surrounding NICU discharge. Our vision is a world where no parent goes through the experience of prematurity alone, and partnerships like this one with GROWNSY allow us to put more resources directly into the hands of families exactly when they need them most.”
— Nicholas Hall, Founder and President of Graham’s Foundation
Supporting the Transition from NICU to Home
The partnership focuses on one of the most under-supported stages of the prematurity journey: the transition from NICU to home. As part of GROWNSY’s Tiny Steps Home campaign, GROWNSY is working with Lisa Houston, MSN, RNC-NIC, C-ELBW, to provide expert guidance on discharge preparation, while Graham’s Foundation will connect families with resources including Preemie Talks, peer mentorship, care packages, and the MyPreemie app. Selected families will also receive Tiny Steps Home Support Bundles featuring GROWNSY essentials to support their transition home.
Supporting Families Beyond September
The partnership reflects GROWNSY’s broader commitment to helping families navigate the routines and challenges of early parenthood. Alongside products designed to simplify feeding, hygiene and everyday care, GROWNSY aims to connect parents with credible organizations and resources that provide support beyond products alone.
GROWNSY and Graham’s Foundation expect to continue their collaboration beyond September, with additional family-support initiatives to be announced.
