New flagship shows exploring Knowledge Debt™, Enterprise Intelligence™, and the future of the AI-enabled enterprise.
UPPER MARLBORO, MD, UNITED STATES, September 14, 2026 /EINPresswire.com/ — Asha Peterson, Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Collaborative Shared Technologies LLC®, today announced the launch of KnowledgeRoots™ Media Center, an editorial platform created to examine how organizations think, operate, and grow in an increasingly AI-enabled world.
Guided by the KnowledgeRoots™ tagline, “Where Knowledge Becomes Enterprise Intelligence™,” the Media Center launches with two distinct but complementary editorial properties: Deeply Rooted with Asha Peterson and Root Cause Business™.
Both shows premiere September 29, 2026, bringing together conversations about organizational knowledge, artificial intelligence, business performance, leadership, governance, operations, and transformation.
“The podcasts are the entry point. The platform is the destination,” Peterson said. “KnowledgeRoots™ Media Center gives us a place to examine organizations from multiple perspectives—from how knowledge becomes intelligence to why business systems, processes, and decisions sometimes fail to produce the outcomes leaders expect.”
Deeply Rooted with Asha Peterson
Deeply Rooted with Asha Peterson is the intellectual and thought-leadership platform within KnowledgeRoots™ Media Center.
The show explores Knowledge Management, Enterprise Intelligence™, Knowledge Debt™, AI readiness, information governance, and organizational transformation, with an emphasis on the foundations organizations need to turn knowledge into trusted, accessible, and actionable intelligence.
The program is designed for Knowledge Management leaders, enterprise architects, AI strategists, transformation executives, consultants, researchers, and organizational decision-makers navigating the changing relationship between people, knowledge, technology, and artificial intelligence.
Root Cause Business™
Root Cause Business™ is the executive problem-solving platform within KnowledgeRoots™ Media Center.
The show examines challenges across business operations and process, government and corporate contracting, money and growth, technology and AI, leadership and people, and executive decision-making.
Rather than stopping at the visible problem, Root Cause Business™ examines what is happening, what it is costing the organization, what may actually be driving it, how leaders see the issue, what should change, and what can realistically be done next.
Each conversation follows The KnowledgeRoot Chain™:
SYMPTOM → IMPACT → ROOT CAUSE → EXECUTIVE PERSPECTIVE → THE FIX → NEXT MOVE
The methodology is designed to move conversations beyond surface-level observations toward a deeper examination of the systems, decisions, incentives, processes, and organizational conditions behind business challenges.
“The problem is rarely the problem you think it is,” Peterson said. “Organizations naturally respond to what they can see—a performance metric, a failed implementation, a process breakdown, an employee departure, or a technology problem. But what we’re seeing may only be evidence of something deeper. Root Cause Business™ is about examining the problem underneath the problem.”
Peterson said the two shows were intentionally developed to approach organizational performance from different but connected perspectives.
“Deeply Rooted examines how organizations capture, manage, govern, transfer, and use knowledge. Root Cause Business™ examines the operational reality—the systems, decisions, incentives, and pressures behind how organizations actually function. Together, they allow us to explore both organizational intelligence and organizational performance.”
Executive Perspective
Bryant Brown, Chief Operating Officer of Collaborative Shared Technologies LLC®, will contribute a recurring executive and operational perspective to select Root Cause Business™ conversations.
His participation will bring an operator’s perspective to discussions about business processes, leadership decisions, organizational performance, growth, and the realities of translating strategy into execution.
Root Cause Business™ Launch Series
Root Cause Business™ begins with a 12-episode Launch Series designed to establish the show’s distinctive approach to examining business challenges.
Episode 001, “Why Businesses Keep Fixing Symptoms Instead of Root Causes,” introduces The KnowledgeRoot Chain™ and explores why organizations can repeatedly invest in solutions without first determining whether they are solving the underlying problem.
The episode poses a central question that will recur throughout the program:
“Is this the problem, or is this what the problem looks like?”
Future episodes will examine business operations, contracting, money and growth, technology and AI, leadership, organizational knowledge, and executive decision-making.
One Media Platform, Two Distinct Perspectives
KnowledgeRoots™ Media Center is designed as a broader editorial platform rather than a single podcast property.
Deeply Rooted with Asha Peterson explores the intellectual foundations of organizational intelligence.
Root Cause Business™ examines the operational realities affecting organizational performance.
Together, the two properties create a platform for exploring how organizations think, operate, and grow—and how knowledge, people, processes, technology, governance, and leadership intersect in the AI-enabled enterprise.
Future KnowledgeRoots™ Media Center programming is expected to expand across video, livestreams, webinars, executive roundtables, published reports, speaking engagements, workshops, and additional media formats.
