Sir Conor brings extensive experience spanning international trade, government relations, financial services, and regulatory affairs. Before entering public service, he worked in management for an international financial advisory and investment company, overseeing one of its largest regions in the United Kingdom.

He subsequently served for fourteen years as a Member of Parliament in the British House of Commons, holding a number of senior government positions, including roles within HM Treasury and the Department for Business and Trade. During his distinguished public service career, Sir Conor served as Minister for International Trade, Minister of State for Northern Ireland, and the United Kingdom’s Trade Envoy for Trade and Investment. In those roles, he helped advance international trade relationships, facilitate investment initiatives, and develop strategic partnerships around the world.

In his role as President, International & Sovereign Partnerships, Sir Conor will focus on identifying and developing strategic relationships with sovereign wealth funds, government entities, family offices, institutional investors, and strategic partners globally. He will also advise the company on international market expansion, regulatory engagement, and cross-border growth opportunities.
