Integrating UAS Sentry Remote ID detection with Airwise Nexus platform to provide drone awareness and intelligence for enterprise and critical infrastructure
TULSA, OK, UNITED STATES, September 15, 2026 /EINPresswire.com/ — Airwise Solutions and UAS Sentry today announced a strategic partnership to integrate UAS Sentry Nexus Remote ID drone detection capabilities with the Airwise platform, bringing real-time drone detection and identification into a broader operational airspace picture.
The partnership combines UAS Sentry’s drone detection and identification capabilities with Airwise’s enterprise drone operations, airspace management and UAS Traffic Management (UTM) capabilities, giving organizations greater visibility into both the drones they operate and other aircraft operating within or around their airspace.
UAS Sentry Nexus is a modular Remote ID detection platform designed to scale from three to as many as 18 independently processed antennas through a single LAN or LTE connection. The system provides drone detection, geofencing, alerting, classification, historical identification and analytics, while maintaining compatibility with the UAS Sentry API for integration with third-party command, control, situational awareness and mapping platforms.
Through integration with Airwise Nexus, UAS Sentry detection data can become part of a unified operational common operating picture alongside enterprise drone fleets, airspace information, mission activity, telemetry, FAA services, weather and other trusted connected data sources. This enables organizations to move beyond simply detecting a drone to understanding its relevance within the broader operating environment.
The combined capability supports organizations that require greater awareness and control of low-altitude airspace, including critical infrastructure, utilities, energy, public safety, airports, industrial facilities and other enterprise environments.
Key benefits include:
• Real-time drone awareness — Detect and identify Remote ID-equipped drones and bring that information into the operational picture.
• Enhanced airspace security — Provide greater visibility into aircraft operating around sensitive facilities and operational areas.
• Unified operational intelligence — Combine drone detection with enterprise drone operations, airspace management and other operational data.
• Scalable deployment — Deploy UAS Sentry detection where it is needed today while expanding coverage as operational requirements grow.
• Open, future-ready integration — Leverage APIs and modular architectures to connect detection, drone operations and emerging UTM capabilities.
“Organizations need visibility into the entire low-altitude operating environment, not just the aircraft they are managing,” said John Powers, Chief Revenue Officer at Airwise Solutions.
“UAS Sentry brings powerful, scalable Remote ID detection into the Airwise Nexus operational picture. By combining detection with airspace management, UTM and enterprise drone operations, we can help organizations move from simply knowing a drone is present to understanding what is happening in their airspace and how it relates to their operations.”
“UAS Sentry was designed to make sophisticated Remote ID detection scalable and accessible,” said David Burritt, UAS Sentry. “Integrating our detection data with Airwise puts that information into a broader operational environment. Customers can deploy UAS Sentry where detection is needed today and use Airwise to connect that capability to larger drone and airspace operations.”
The integrated capability provides a foundation for organizations looking to improve situational awareness today while building toward increasingly connected and automated drone and airspace operations.
